UNESCO (completed) The goal of the USECO project was to conduct to conduct a review of electronic learning environments and their adaptation for Africa. To conduct the review a list of review categories was created. The study considered a total of 50 environments from which a selection of 9 environments was reviewed more extensively using the review categories. Additionally a database was created to record future additions and changes. As planned, the project was completed in the summer of 2000.
